ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being In t/:le
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot #33, as shown on a certain Map entitled, "Map of Harbor
Lights Estates, Section One, Bayvlew, Town of.Southold, Suffolk County, NY",
made by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land $urveyors, Greenport, NY and
filed In the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 8, 1965 as Map
#4362, which said Lot is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Brigantine Drive distant
330.00 feet southwesterly when measured along the southeasterly side of
Brigantine Drive from the corner formed by the intersection of the
southeasterly side of Brigantine Drive with the northeasterly side of Harbor
Lights Drive, said beginning point is also where the division line between Lots
32 and 33 on the aforementioned Map intersect the southeasterly side of
