BEGINNING at the southeasterly comer ofland conveyed to Henry M. Hellman by deed dated
March 13, 1959 and recorded July 30. 1959 in Liber 4666 cp 548 in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office and from said point of beginning running thence along said land now or formerly of
Schroeder south 100 31' 00" cast 175.0 feet to other land now or formerly of Stars:
RUNNING THENCE along said land south 780 36' 30" west 111.88 feet to the easterly side ofa

RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of said road the following courses and distances: (I)
