Our studies show that the aocrued-depreciation of the light and power property is about 11%,of the telephone property about 5% and of the water supply property about of the reproduotion cost now respectively,, F SIIMMARY Oppo&e this page is a statement giving the re- sults of our estimates which may be further summarized as : llows: DAY &ZIMMERMANN, INC., ENGINEERS era ,e vvm. +m PAGE 9S 2432 a Rstimated Cost of Reproduction Me A00rue Item New Depreciation Fishers Inland Farms, Inc , { Dix-eat Costs T ~_ 158,874 $ 139x967 Indirect Costs 36, ,gI 2e06o Working Capital 1C,64 10x864 Total $ o6,12g182,891 Fishers Island Corporation Direct Costs 4gx442 4 Indirect Costs 11,22 I 02 Total box 64 L--5-3#778 Total $ 266x893 $ 236,669 Lt>4if C6q S3 S.TID 59 SS SC3e^.SC`J' The details of our reproduction estimates supporting the above summary figures are hereinafter given under the heading "Details of Reproduction Estimates.".
