The above premises are being conveyed subject to a mortgage
held by BEATRICE M. FECHTIG, mortgagee, dated 2/7/68 and recorded j
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 2/13/68 in Liber 5326 mp 431. The
present balance of said mortgage is $28, 856. 56. The grantees herein agree
to assume said mortggge, as acknowledged by their signatures hereto.
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in the
deed dated 10/24/68, recorded 11/27/68 in Liber -6463 cp 233.
