by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingjrx,9tex at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, known and described as Lots Nos, 47, 48, 49 on a certain map
entitled, "Sub-division Map Section One of Property of George I. Tuthill
and others, situate at Laurel, Town of Southold, N.Y. " surveyed
March 28, 1928 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Greenport, N. Y. , surveyor,
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 15th day of
January, 1929 as Map No. 861.
TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a right of
way leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which said
privilege is contained and recited in deed to George I. Tuthill, et al,
from Frank Bray et al dated April 17, 1928 and recorded August 13, 1928
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1368 of deeds, Page 24,
TOGETHER with an easement of ingress and egress over Fifth Street out
to Bray Avenue.
The grantor herein is the same person as the grantee in the deeddated
10/27/69, recorded 11/7/69 in Liber 6654 cp 180,
