Northwesterly corner of the premises herein described adjoining land
of Mil-Matt Agency, Inc. on the North, said point being South 20° 39 '
10" East, 143.44 feet as measured along said Easterly line of Marlene
as it previously existed
Lane from its intersection with the Southerly line of Old Main Roadh,
running thence along said land of Mil-Matt Agency," Inc. North 690 201
50"East. 131.75 feet to land formerly of Huttenlocher, now of Pumillo;
running thence along said land South 24° 02. ' 40" East, 75.13 feet to
land of Sophia Skuro; running thence along said land South 691 20 '

thence along said line North 20° 39 ' 10" West, 75 .0 feet to the point
or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with an easement for passage between Peconic Bay Boulevart
and Peconic Bay over a certain 10 foot rigYat of way, in common with all
others now having such right of way and those to whom hereafter such
right of way and easement may be granted, which right of way is more
particularly described as follows:

ALL that parcel of land situate near Mattituck, Town of Southold,

Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows : The
easterly line of subject 10 foot right of way is described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard,
200.20 feet westerly aler_g said line from the northeasterly corner of
land of Haggerty Estate; and running along said land of Haggerty Estate
on a line parallel to the easterly line of said land of Haggerty Estate
and 200 .0 feet westerly therefrom South 20° 23 ' 00" East, 500 feet,
more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay; the
westerly line of said 10 foot right of way is parallel to and 10 .0 feet
westerly from the easterly line herein described, and runs from Peconic
Bay Boulevard to Great Peconic Bay.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record affecting said
premises and easement.
TOGETHER with an undivided 1/82nd interest in the Park near the
premises more particularly described in Park Dedication Deed from
William F. Abitz and Edward G. Abitz recorded in Liber 3881 of Deeds,
at Page 472, subject to the limitations, covenants and restrictions
as set forth in said deed.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by deed dated February 4, 1956 and recorded February 9 , 1956 in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4068 of deeds at page 160.
