I THIS INDENTURE,made the � day of January nineteen hundred and Seventy-Three

AGNES CATALANO, residing at 28 Joval Court, Brooklyn, New York
party of the first part, and
GERALDINE SCHUTTE, residing at No Number Center Street, Water-
view Terrace, Jamesport, New York
party of the second part,
WrITOMETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being ktmbex at Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Aldrich Lane Distant
3,138.59 feet northerly when measured along the westerly side of
Aldrich Lane from the intersection of the northerly side of Main Road
(N.Y.S. Route 25) and the westerly side of Aldrich Lane; running thence
South 76° 39' 00" West, 301.13 feet along land now or formerly of
Dominic J. Catalano; running thence along other lands now or formerly
of Agnes Catalano, North 190 24' 00" West, 139.86 feet and North 76°
39' 00" East, 301.13 feet to the westerly side of Aldrich Lane; running
thence along the westerly side of Aldrich Lane, South 190 24' 00" East,
139.86 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
CV BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to the
Grantor herein by deed from Stella Zdyb dated April 12, 1972, and re-
corded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on April 19, 1972, in
Liber 7143 of Deeds, at page 522.

! TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply t
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
m any other purpose.
