along the westerly portion of other premises of Ethel F. Turner, said
right of way beirg for access between Pecoric Bay Boulevard ard _Peconil
Bay for foot passage only and for bathing purposes and described as
follows: \' Beginning at a point on the southerly side of Pecoric Bay
Boulevard adjoining lard of Vincent Schott and Frederick Blarkshire;
running thence along said land of Schott and Blankshire, South 19
degrees 41 mirutes 40 seconds East 528 .feet more or less to mearbigh
water mark of Pecoric Bay; running therce in an easterly or northeast-
erly direction along Pecoric Bay 25 feet, more or less, to other lard'

begirning.
