Young, Engineer and Land Surveyor, Riverhead, New York, August 17, 1925, which said map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 5 , 1925, as Map No. 212, said lots, taken together, being bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of South Oakwood Road, where same is intersected by the southerly line of a 12 foot wide Right of Way which separates Lots 1 and 2 from Lot 5 on said map said point being distant, 467 feet southerly, as measured along the easterly side of South Oakwood Road from. the corner formed by the intersection with the southerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard; running thence north 69 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds east along the southerly side of said Right Of Way, 130 feet to the westerly side of a Right of Way; thence along said Right of Way South 20 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east, 163 feet; thence south 69 degrees 18 minutes' 00 seconds west, 130 feet to the easterly side of South Oakwood Road; thence north 20 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west along the easterly side of South Oakwood Road, 163 feet to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with a Right of Way to pass upon and over a strip of land alon- the shorefront beyond Lots 1 to 4 both inclusive on the aforementioned Map for the purpose of boating, bathing and outdoor sports and for ingress and egress from the waters of Peconic Bay.
