running thence from said point of beginning, North 32054'20'[ East along the Southeasterly
line of Peconic Bay Boulevard 108. 08 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of
L. Plechavicius, formerly of Frederick Russell; thence South 14059120" East along the
land now or formerly of L. Plechavicius 250. 00 feet to a monument and land conveyed

BEGINNING at the monument at the Northeast corner of the above described parcel of

now or formerly of L. Plechavicius 250. 00 feet to a monument and land conveyed this
day to Dorothy Baron Kleid; thence South 75000'4011 West along the land of Dorothy Baron
Kleid 15. 0 feet to a point; thence North 1405912011 West through the above described
parcel of land 236. 44 feet to a point in the Southeasterly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard;

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to the parties of the
first part by a deed from Daisy F. Furman dated April 4, 1949, recorded in Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in Liber 2935 cp 592 on April 4, 1949.

(3) Mortgage dated 1/7/69 made by Earl D. Templeton and Margaret N. Templeton,
his wife, to Walt Whitman Federal Savings and Loan Association, in the original amoun
of $6, 211. 95, recorded 1/15/69 in Liber 5536 mp 458, which mortgages were
consolidated in the instrument dated 1/7/69 hereinbefore referred to so as to form a
single first lien in the consolidated amount, of $23, 500. 00 on which mortgage there is'
now due a principal balance of $18,566, 74,with interest at the rate of seven and one-
