THIS INDENTURE, made the 24th day of May nineteen hundred and seventy—four

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ONE and 00/100--------------

as shown on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map of Property of

Young, surveyor, and which said map was filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on January 12, 1926 , as Map No. 801, known and
designated as and by Lot No. 1, and the westerly 15 feet of Lot No. 2,
which said lot and part of said lot when taken together are bounded and
described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point in the southerly line of Main Road distant 78
feet westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly
line of Main Road with the westerly line of Sigsbee Road; running thence
South 20° 31' 50" East, 165. 59 feet to the northerly line of Lot No. 4
on said map; thence South 69° 21 ' 20" West along said last mentioned lot
61.64 feet to a monument set in the easterly line of land now or form-
erly of John Husing; thence North 20° 29 ' 00" West along said last
mentioned land 166.50 feet to the southerly line of Main Road as shown
on said map; and thence North 70° 12 ' 10" East along said southerly line
of Main Road 61.5 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Except from said Lot No. 1, so much thereof as was appropriated for

BEGINNING at a
point on the southeasterly boundary of the existing
�! Riverhead-Mattituck Highway at the intersection of the said boundary

owner) on the northeast and the property of Martha C. and Mabel A.

1� Husing (reputed owners) on the southwest, said point being 42 feet more
for less distant southeasterly measured at right angles from station
R464/69+ of the "R" center line of the proposed reconstruction of the
Riverhead-Mattituck, Pts. 1 & 3, State Highway No. 8181; thence south-
erly along the said division line 14 feet more or less to a point 55
feet distant southeasterly measured at right angles from Station
R464/64+ of said center line; thence northeasterly parallel, to and 55
feet distant southeasterly from said center line 45 feet more or less to
a point on the southeasterly boundary of said existing highway, the last
mentioned point being 55 feet distant southeasterly, measured at right
angles from Station R465/09+ of said center line; thence southwesterly
along the last mentioned boundary of said existing highway 43 feet more
or less to the point of beginning; being 293 square feet or 0 .007 acre
more or less.
The above-mentioned center line is a portion of the center line
established for the reconstruction of the Riverhead-Mattituck, Pts. 1 &
3 State Highway No. 8181 as shown on a map on file in the Office of the
State Department of Public Works and being described as follows :
BEGINNING at Station R455/00; thence North 410 36 ' 50" East
2040.766 feet to Station 8475/40. 766. All bearings referred to True
North.
TOGETHER with the right to said insured, his heirs, successors and
assigns of the insured to use in common with the other owners of lots
shown on said map, the tract shown on said map of Sigsbee Park for Park
purposes. Such use to be as will not unreasonably interfere with the
use and enjoyment of said Sigsbee Park by the other owners of lots on
said map.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by deed dated June 17, 1968 and recorded June 19 , 1968 in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 6366 of deeds at page 283.
