by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being WW at Laurel , in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 47 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Laurel CountryEstates" , and filed in
the office of the clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 22, 1970,
as Map No. 5486, and more particularly bounded and described accor-
ding to the above mentioned map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Delmar Drive where
the same is intersected by the division line between Lots 46 and
47 on the above mentioned map, said point being also distant 122.81
feet southerly from the southerly end of a curve connecting the
easterly side of Delmar Drive with the southerly side of Joseph
Street ;
Running thence from said point or place of beginning along said
division line , North 71 degrees 23 Minutes 40 seconds East ,
160.14 feet to land now or formerly of Albert C. Nolte;
Thence South 18 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds East along the last
mentioned land 140.53 feet to the division line between Lots 47
and 48 on the above mentioned map;
Thence along said division line, South 71 degrees 23 minutes 40
seconds West , 153.57 feet to the easterly side of Delmar Drive;
Thence northerly along same, along the arcof a curve having a
radius of 2956.13 feet bearing to the left a distance of 140.64
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated 3/28/73 and recorded in the office
of the clerk of the county of Suffolk on 3/78/73 in Liber 7369
