West line of lands of Haley 226.57 feet to the bulkhead at ordinary
high water mark of Great Peconic Bay;

parcel first herein described, for all ordinary purposes of travel.
TOGETHER with an easement for utilities only over a strip of land
comprising the westerly ten feet of the land which adjoins the above I
described premises on the North, said easement extending from Peconic
Bay Boulevard southerly to the northerly line of the premises herein
conveyed.
