WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00)
dollars and other good and valuable consideration,
lawful money of the United States, paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, their heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in48t Mlittituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the curved easterly line of Albo Drive 68.22 feet
southerly along said curved easterly line from the southerly end of that course
of Albo Drive which runs S. 380 46' 50" E. ; from said point of beginning running
along land now or formerly of the parties of the first part, N. 790 43' 10" E. -
205 feet, more or less, to Horton Creek; thence southeasterly along said Horton
Creek 80 feet, more or less, to land of Robert Larsen; thence along said land of
Robert Larsen, S. 870 43' 10" W. - 210 feet, more or less, to a concrete monument
set on said curved easterly line of Albo Drive; thence northerly along said
curved easterly line of Albo Drive 48.12 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first
part of, in and to roads, streets or avenues adjacent to said premises to the
center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a right of way
leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which said privilege is
contained and recited in deed to George I. Tuthill, etal from Frank Bray etal.
