No part of any plot and no building erected on any plot shall be ( used for trade, business or manufacturing purposes whatsoever, and nothing which shall be a nuisance, unwholesome or offensive to the neighborhood shall bre permitted on any plot. No outside toilets shall be. erected or used on said premises. -That the rights to the use of the basin and dock are for the plot . lowners only, and such rights shall not be given, transferred or, assignea to any other parties , except in the case of transfer, conveyance or assignment of any plot on said map.
