TOGETHER with the right to use a certain beach and walkway thereto, designated on the subdivision map as "Park and Playground" in common with others, for bathing, boating and other suitable recreational purposes. TOGETHER with the right to use the roads within the subdivision for access to and.from the said lot. SUBJECT TO covenants, easements and restrictions of record.
