WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration

Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 22, 1970 as Mdp :
Number 5486, which said lot is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Delmar Drive distant
100.33 .feet northerly from the end of a curve which connects the
westerly side of Delmar Drive and the northerly side of Delmar Drive
West;
� RUNNING THENCE South 71 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds West a distance'
of 190 feet to landsnowor formerly of Henry S. Romanowski;
THENCE along said last mentioned lands North 18 degrees 36 minutes :24
seconds West a distance of 125.33 feet;
THENCE North 71 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of
190,00 feet to the westerly side of Delmar Drive;
THENCE along the westerly side of Delmar Drive South 18 degrees 36
minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 125.33 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party of ,th
first part by deed dated June 11, 1973 and recorded in the Suffolk ,
County Clerk' s , Office on June 13, 1973 in Liber 7418, Page 66.
SUBJECT TO a certain first mortgage presently a lien thereon held by
the Southold Savings Bank and identified as its mortgage loan #14482'
in a present unpaid principal amount of $22,258,52 together with
interestthereon from July 11, 1976, which mortgage and bond secured
thereby, the party of the second part agrees to pay as part of the
consideration for this conveyance.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest in the Laurel Association.'
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said -premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
