ALL those certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land being a part of the land I 27ZJ48 x . 131 formerly owned by John Hallock, situate, lying and being at Laurel , in the Town Of Southold, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard distant 64 feet as measured along the southerly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard on a course of north 40 degrees 0 minutes east from a point on the southerly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard where the same is intersected by the northwesterly corner of land of Busch and the northeasterly corner of land now orformerly of Bacchus; RUNNING THENCE South 50 degrees 0 minutes east 14.43 feet; THENCE on a curve to the right whose radius is 82.83 feet a distance of 48.04 feet; THENCE South 16 degrees 46 minutes east 463.37 feet; THENCE South 34 degrees 0 minutes west 96,83 feet to the westerly line of land of Busch where the same adjoins land now or formerly of Bacchus; THENCE South 16 degrees 46 minutes east along the westerly 'line of land of Busch to Great Peconic Bay; THENCE Northeasterly along the Great Peconic Bay to the easterly line of land formerly of Busch and the westerly line of land now or formerly of Samuel D.
