County Clerk' s Office on June 22, 1970 as map Number 5486, which is
amore particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Delmar Drive 413. 81
feet Southerly from the Southerly end of the curve which connects the
Easterly side of Delmar Drive with the Southerly side of Emma Drive ;
running thence North 710 23' 40" East a distance of 157.01 feet to
lands now or formerly of Albert C. Nolte ; thence South 180 29' 30"
East along said last mentioned lands a distance of 138 feet to a point;
thence South 710 23' 40" West a distance of 156. 73 feet to the Easterly
side of Delmar Drive ; thence North 180 36' 20" West along the Easterly
side of Delmar. Drive 138 feet to the point or place of beginning.
This conveyance is made in the ordinary course of business
of the Corporation and stockholders consent is not required.
Subject to a mortgage held by Southold Savings Bank in the amount
of $27, 000.00.
