New York, surveyor, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk

Jarcel being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 88 at the intersec-
tion of the westerly side of Bray Avenue and the southerly side of
Second Street; running thence South 20 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds
East 70.0 feet along the westerly side of• -Bray Avenue to land now or
formerly of Best; running thence along said land now or formerly of
Best South 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West 150. 0 feet to land
now or formerly of Scully; running thence along said land now or
formerly of Scully North 20 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds West 70.0
�J feet to the southerly line of Second Street; running thence along the
southerly line of Second Street North 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds
East 150.0 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use the right
of way leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which
said privilege is contained and recited in deed to George I. Tuthill
and others from Frank Bray and others, dated April 17, 1928 recorded
August 13, 1928 in Liber 1368 of Deeds page 24.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises that were heretofore con-
veyed by Raymond J. Krogman and Marie Ann .Krogman, his wife, to James
J. Olsen and Evelyn C. Olsen, his wife, by deed dated February 10,
1969, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on February 13,
1969, in Liber 6504, page 292.
