religious corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the

WITNrSSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being inkhn at Mattituek, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Bray Avenue distant
northerly 125,00 feet from a point marking the extreme northerly cud
of a curve having a radius of 25.00 feet and a length equal to 39. 27
feet which curve connects the easterly side of Bray Avenue and the
northerly side of Wells Road; running thence along land of Klett
it North 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds East 161. 33 feet to the west-
erly side of Wells Road; thence along the westerly side of Wells Road
South 1 degree 41 minutes 10 seconds East 140. 93 feet to the northerly
end of a point of curve having a radius of 25.00 feet and a length
equal to 30.94 feet which curve connects the westerly side of Wells
Road and the northerly side of Wells Road; running thence southerly
along said curve 30.94 feet; thence along the northerly side of Wells
n Road South 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West 66.60 feet; thence
northerly along the first mentioned curve which connects the easterly
side of Bray Avenue and the northerly side of Wells Road 39.27 feet;
thence along the easterly side of Bray Avenue North 20 degrees 46
minutes 50 seconds West 125.00 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a right-of-
way leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which said
privilege is contained and recited in deed to George I. Tuthill, et al
U from Frank Bray et al, dated April 17, 1928 and recorded August 13,
1928 in Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office in Liber 1368 of deeds page 24.
BEING and intended to be the same premises described in correction
deed made by Horace M. Case and Ann E. Case, his wife, dated June 14,
1962 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 5182
cp 478.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
II roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conNeyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose. -
The word "party" shall be,cunstrye,d as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
