release unto the said parties of the second.part, and their successors and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the Hamlet of Laurel, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:

West along said lands of Woodhull 398.33 feet to a concrete
monument; running thence still along said lands South 69 degrees

lands now or formerly of. Cecil T. Young; running thence along
the easterly line of said last mentioned lands, the following
three courses and distances: North 21 degrees 35 minutes
40 seconds West, and along an old fence 374.52 feet to a

of the first part in and to all lakes, ponds, streams, swamps,
marshes, roads and highways, abutting, adjoining, traversing and
the land within the beds of all lakes, ponds, streams, swamps,
marshes, roads and highways, abutting, adjoining, traversing, or
within the above-described premises.

Conservation Law, Project - Q-WA-Suffolk-27, Harold R. Hudson -
Reputed Owner, Situate at: Hamlet of Laurel, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York", dated November .l5, 1974
by Harrison A. VanBeurenj Licensed Land Surveyor, .Reg. No. 48165,
and filed in the office of the Department of Environmental
Conservation at Albany, New York, as Map No. 9215.
Being the same premises as conveyed by Deed from Gilbert E.
Wielt and Dorothy V. Wielt, his wife, and Florence B. St. Amand
(now known as Florence B. Torpey) (sic) to Harold R. Hudson
dated June 11, 1966 and recorded in Book 5980 of Deeds at
page 191 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office.
