Peconic Bay, the easterly line of said right of way being described

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed
dated August 1, 1955 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office August 10, 1955 in Liber 3947 Page 245, which party of the
first part is the surviving spouse of William J. Carroll who died
a resident of 998 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York, on July 21,
1959 .
