and DAVID J. SALAND, as to twenty (20%) per cent, having an address
at Main Road, Jamesport, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected situate,
lying and being ixV*x at Laurel, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as per Schedule "A”
attached hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as were conveyed to the
grantor herein in deed dated , 19 , and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 20, 1977, in
Liber 8328 at Page 102.
There has been executed and delivered and intended to be recorded
' simultaneously herewith a purchase money first mortgage in the sum of
