WfrNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land. with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingiax3fec at Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
^ -' York, known and designated as and by the lot no. 48 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Laurel Park, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S. , Riverhead, New York, August 17, 1925" and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 5, 1925 as Map No. 212.
The party of the second part shall have the right to pass over and upon the South
Oakwood Road, and also upon a strip of land along the shore front beyond lots nos.
1 to 4 both inclusive for the purpose of bathing, boating and outdoor sports and
for ingress to and egress from the waters of Peconic Bay. "
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first
part by deed dated 10/l/46, recorded 11/5/46 in Liber 2771 cp 517.
Said premises being further described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of North Oakwood Road distant 40 feet
northerly as measured along the easterly line of North Oakwood Road, from the north-
erly end of a curve connecting the easterly line of North Oakwood Road, with the
ti13w� northerly line of North Oakwood Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly line of North Oakwood Road, North 19' 22' 1C
West 80 feet; THENCE North 690 08' 20" East 257 feet to the mean high water line of
Brushes Creek;
THENCE along the mean high water line of Brushes Creek, on a tie line bearing
South 610 12' East 104.93 feet; and
3 THENCE South 690 08' 20" West 327 feet to the easterly line of North Oakwood
Road, at the point or place of BEGINNING.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same firs; to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any ether purpose.
