TOGETHER WITH ALL the right,title and interest of the party of the
first part to the beach described in dedication deed dated May 4,
1955 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on
May 6, 1955 in Liber 3881 Page 472.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated April 15, 1972 and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 28, 1972
in Liber 7144 Page 524.
