Southampton, New York, as to an undivided 2/3 interest and
DAVID J. SALAND, residing at (no #) Main Road, Jamesport, New
York, as to an undivided 1/3 interest,
parry of the second put,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first pan, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the parry of the second put forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
tin ��ql lying and being b xk at Laurel, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
S� and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the northerly. line of Main Road
at the southeasterly corner of land of Eula Wells and the south-
westerly corner of land of the parties of the first part, running
thence along said land of Eula Wells North 26° 44' 10" West two
hundred ten (210) feet to an iron pipe; running thence along other
r land of the parties of the first part , three (3) courses , as fol-
lows :
.S1._ (1) North 49° 18' 40" East seventy-five (75) feet to an iron pipe;
thence
/gyp (2) South 43° 14' 40" East seventy-seven (77) feet to an iron
pipe; thence
(3) South 34` 14' 40" East one hundred thirty three (133) feet to
an iron pipe set on the northerly line of said Main Road; thence
along the northerly line of said Main Road South 51° 44' 20" West
one hundred fifteen (115) feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
t CK BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated January 31, 1973, recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on February 8, 1973, in Liber 7340,
page 489 .
�tJ TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
\ all the estate and rights of the party of the first pan in and to said premises; TO'H"E AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
\ �J AND the party of the first par, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the parry of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any pan of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party' shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
