ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingX>KM at Laurel , in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot #16 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Laurel Country Estates" , and filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk 's Office on June 22 , 1970 as Map No. 5486.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record affecting said
premises.
The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage execu-
ted by Brian M. Lynch and Mary Jane Lynch as mortgagors to Riverhead
Savings Bank as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated May 16 , 1972 and
recorded on May 25, 1972 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk, in liber 6370 of mortgages , at page 106 , which mortgage was
consolidated with a mortgage executed by Brian M. Lynch and Mary Jane
Lynch as mortgagors to Riverhead Savings Bank as mortgagee, which
mortgage is dated September 26 , 1972 and recorded on October 16 , 1972
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in liber 6519
of mortgages, at page 140 and which mortgage was extended by an
Extension Agreement dated September 26 , 1972 and recorded on October
16 , 1972 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in
liber 6519 of mortgages , at page 136 and on which mortgage there is

and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the

recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on October 16 , 1972
