ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Lot No. 28 on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map of Property of
Mattituck Park Properties, Inc. " , and filed in the Office of the

which lot and part of lot when taken together are more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
O BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Sigsbee Road where
the same is intersected by the northerly line of land now or formerly

Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated June 24, 1977 and recorded in the
�. Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 5, 1977 in Liber 8263, page 59.
This conveyance is subject to a certain mortgage executed by
2 James E. Litchhult and Barbara A. Litchhult, his wife, to Southold
Savings Bank, and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of
'2 Q $36, 963.58 and interest at the rate of 8% from July 9, 1978, and
the party of the second part hereby assumes and covenants to pay
such mortgage with interest as part of the consideration for this
conveyance.
