O Young, P.E. and L.S., Riverhead, L.I. , dated September 20, 1930, o which said map was filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 2nd5 1930 as and by the Map No. 212. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the Q first part of, in and to that portion of the road shown on said map in front of and adjacent to said premises, subject to the right of other p owners on said map to pass over and use the same.
