r` WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State o
New York, at Laurel, known and designated as and by the Lots Nos .
DIST. 17 and 18 on a certain map entitled "Subdivision Map, Section
One, of Property of George I. Tuthill and others" , filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 15 , 1929
as Map No. 861.
SECTION TOGETHER WITH the privilege in common with others to use a right
of way leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay ,
which said privilege is contained and recited in a deed to Ge�9'e
I. Tuthill , et al. , dated April 17 , 1928 and recorded August 13 ,
LOT 1928 in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 1368 of deeds at
page 24.
SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions of record.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors
BLOCK herein by deed dated May 31 , 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on May 31 , 1963 in Liber 5355 cp 429.
This conveyance is made subject to a certain first mortgage of
record dated 2/18/69 and recorded 2/20/69 in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office, in Liber of mortgages 5558 mp 94 , wherein Joseph
E.L. Gionet and Marjorie M. Gionet , are the mortgagors and
Riverhead Savings Bank is the mortgagee, said mortgage securing
q as of the date of this conveyance , an outstanding principal
indebtedness of $13 , 263 . 46 together with interest at the rate of
Q 7 1/4% percent , which said mortgage indebtedness the grantee
c q herein agrees to assume and pay according to its terms .

Q TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
se roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
o and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
