Young, P. E. and L. S. from actual survey completed July 11, 1924 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 12th day of Jan. , 1926 as and by Map No. 801 (Abstract No. 368) . TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of, in and to Sigsbee Road adjoining said premises to the center line thereof. TOGETHER WITH the right to use for recreational purposes the plot shown on said map as Sigsbee Park and the beach adjacent thereto in common with said Mattituck Park Properties, Inc. , and with others who have now or may hereafter acquire rights in the same, subject, however, to such reasonable rules and regulations with respect to the use thereof as Mattituck Park Properties, Inc. , may, from time {q0 to time, put into effect, it being expressly understood that a 1A.
