Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, Daniel R.
Young, P.E. and L. S. , Riverhead, County of Suffolk , State of New York ,
August 17, 1925 filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on October 5 , 1925 , under Map Number 212 which parts of Lots
when taken together are bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the southerly line
of Peconic Bay Boulevard with the easterly line of South Oakwood Road
and; running thence from said point of beginning North 690 08' 40" East
along the southerly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard 130 . 0 feet; thence
South 200 00" East along a right of way as shown on map of "Mesrobian

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated October 1, 1971 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on October 6 , 1971 in Liber 7022 , page 27.

Doroski and Mary Lou Doroski, as mortgagor, to Southold Savings Bank, as
mortgagee, which mortgage is dated October 1, 1971 and recorded on
October 6 , 1971 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 6163 of
mortgages, page 261, and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of
$13,342. 87 , and which mortgage debt and interest the party of the second
part hereby assumes and covenants to pay.
