WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten and 001100----

by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingM4% at Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of.
New York, known and designated as and by lot number forty-one.(41) on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Laurel Park in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, Daniel R. Young, C. E. and L. S
Riverhead, County of Suffolk and State of New York, August 17, 1925",
filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk on October 5, 1925,
under Map.No. 212.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party.of the
first part in and to that portion of the road shown on said map in front
of and adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with the rights of the parties of the first part, their heirs,
and assigns, to pass over and upon a strip of land along the shore
beyond lots one to four, both inclusive, for the purpose of bathing,
boating and outdoor sports and for ingress to and egress from the waters
of Peconic Bay.
SUBJECT, however, to the rights of other owners of lots on the afore-
said map to pass over and use the same.
TOGETHER with the right to pass upon and over the South Oakwood Road
as same is laid out on map above referred to.
