for beach purposes , which foreshore area is bounded and described as

BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of premises of Michael and Jean
Mastropolo; thence along Great Peconic Bay north 33 degrees 08 min-
utes 50 seconds east, 22.5 feet; thence north 23 degrees 58 minutes
30 seconds west, 20.00 feet; thence south 33 degrees 08 minutes
50 seconds west, 22.5 feet; thence south 23 degrees 58 minutes
30 seconds east, 20 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
The said foreshore area is subject to the restrictions. which shall
run with the land that cabanas or other structures shall not be
erected on said foreshore area. The said right of way and fore-
shore area are .for the sole purpose of permitting the use of said
right of way and foreshore area to the owners of the four parcels
which bound said right of way;
No right whatever shall be granted to any other persons other than
owners of one of said parcels to use said right of way and said
foreshore area. Being the same premises conveyed by G. Harvey
Moore and Robert R. Leslie to the party of the first part, by Deed
dated May 16 , 1974, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk, on May 17 , 1974, in Liber 7639 of Deeds , at
Page 515.
