NY- W1TNESSElli. that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party for the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and i!l1provements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as Lots 73 and 74 on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision ~~p Section One of Property of George I. Tuthill and others, situate at Laurel, Town of Southold, NY" surveyed March 28, 1928, by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Greenport, New York, Surveyor, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 15th day of January, 1929, as Map No. 861, said lots when taken together being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly side of Third Street distant 250.00 feet westerly from the corner formed by the westerly side of Bray Avenue and the northerly side of Third Street, and RUNNING THENCE South 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West along the northerly side of Third Avenue 103.97 feet to a monument; THENCE North 13 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West 151.08 feet to a monument; THENCE North 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds East 85.87 feet to a monument; THENCE South 20 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds East 150.00 feet to the north side of Third Street, the point or place of BEGINNING.
