Beginning at a concrete monument set at a point where the southerly

Elijah Hallock, deceased, said point being located in a right of way
now in existence for the benefit of the land herein described and
other lands; thence easterly by and along the southerly line or side
of lands now or formerly of Charles McCarthy three courses as follows:
North 64° 0' East 281.8 feet to a concrete monument; thence
North 66° 30' East 264 feet to a concrete monument; thence North 66°
30' East 76 feet to a locust stake or monument set in the easterly
shore or side of a stream or swamp to other lands now or formerly of
Charles McCarthy; thence South 0° 20' East 80 feet by and along
lands now or formerly of Charles McCarthy to a point in the swamp;
thence South 65° East 520 feet, more or less, by and along other
lands of the parties of the first part to the easterly side or line
of the aforesaid right of way or lands now or formerly of the Estate
