WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the West side of Aldrich Lane at the northeast
corner of land now or formerly of the Laurel Cemetery Association; from said
point of beginning; running along said land of the Laurel Cemetery Association
the following three (3) courses and distances: 1) South 680 04' 20" West
119.49 feet; 2) South 190 59' 40" East 162.50 feet; 3) South 200 15' 4011
East 191.91 feet; running
THENCE through other land of the grantor the following two (2) courses
and distances: 1) South 690 44' 20" West 228.09 feet; 2) North 190 18' 10"
West 418.72 feet to land now or formerly of Catalano; running
THENCE along said land North 700 41' 50" East 341.75 feet to the westerly
side of Aldrich Lane; running
THENCE along the westerly side of Aldrich Lane South 190 48' 40" East
55.04 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to a 55 foot right of way along the northerly end of said
premises. Reserving to the grantor, his heirs, successors and assigns the
right to dedicate the fee of said right of way to the Town of Southold for
highway purposes.
The described premises are shown as Lot No. 4 on "Minor Subdivision
Plan Prepared for Richard Relyea & Donnalee Relyea at Laurel, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York" by Young & Young, dated September 28, 1984.
BEING and intended to be a portion of the same premises conveyed
to the parties of the first part by deed dated 4/12/84 to be recorded
simultaneously herewith.
