and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York

BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Old Main koad said point
being distance 656.89 feet southwesterly as measured along the northwesterly
side of Old Main Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the

Running thence from said point or place of beginning the following two courses
