Downs, Laurel, NY, which said map was filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 14, 1929, as Map No. 21, Abstract No. 934, and which said parcel is more particularly described as Lot #8 and being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard at the division line between Lots 8 and 9 as shown on said map: RUNNING THENCE South 850 30 ' 10” East along said division line 185.19 to a MONUMENT; r THENCE South 31° 31' X0" East 104.25 feet to a monument; THENCE North 790 21' 10" West 271.48 feet to the easterly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard; THENCE along the easterly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard, North 270 29' East 60.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. GRANTOR herein is the same person as the Grantee in Deed dated July 29, 1946, recorded on July 21, 1946, in Liber 2602, cp 505.
