party of the first part, and NINA FENTON PAPISH, residing at 470 Laurelwood Drive,
Laurel, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being isxlk c at Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot No. 25 on a certain map entitled "Map of
Laurelwood Estates," Laurel, Town of Southold,Suffolk County, New York, Survey
completed July 15th, 1969, by Van Tuyl & Son, and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on May 17th, 1971 under File No. 5595.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first
part by deed of Otto Wittmeier and Nancy Wittmeier dated May 18th, 1982 and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 2nd,1982, in Liber 9191
of Conveyances at Page 376.
SUBJECT TO a mortgage dated November 24th,1975 made by Otto Wittmeier and
Nancy Wittmeier, his wife to the North Fork Bank & Trust Co. in the principal sum
of $50,000.00 and recorded in Liber 7493 of Mortgages, Page 514, in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 1st, 1975, and a mortgage dated
May 27th, 1982 made by Glenn Papish and Nina Fenton Papish, his wife, to the North
r Fork Bank & Trust Co. , in the sum of $32,457.40 and recorded in Liber 9270 Page 318
( on June 2nd,1982, and which two mortgages were consolidated into one single lien
in the sum of $75,000.00, and extended by Consolidation and Extension Agreement
dated May 27th, 1982 and recorded June 2nd, 1982 in Liber 9270 Page 322 and which
mortgage was further extended by Extension Agreement dated March 31st, 1986 in the
sum of $71,304.17 and recorded on May 19th, 1986 in Liber 11623 Page 69 and by
Uxtension Agreement dated January 27th, 1987 in the sum of $69,904.80 and recorded
on March 16th, 1987 in Liber 12629 Page 592.

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
