JOSEPH DLNIOOLO and PITA DeNIODLO, his wife, both
residing at 64 Shafter Avenue, Albertson, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Teri Dollars 00/100
($10.00) dollars,
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being i oWx at Laurel, Southold Town, Suffolk County, State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the northerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard
at the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described and adjoining land now
or formerly of J. Blair Young;
RUNNING THENCE along land of said J. Blair Young two courses as follows:
1. North 18 degrees 42 minutes West 265.74 feet to a concrete monument; thence
2. North 30 degrees 07 minutes East 25.02 feet to a concrete monument and land
of John K. Roth and Marie A. Roth, his wife;
THENCE South 59 degrees 53 minutes East 200 feet along said land of the said
John K. Roth and Marie A. Roth, his wife, to a concrete ronurrent and the northerly
line of Peconic Bay Boulevard;
THENCE South 30 degrees 07 minutes West 200 feet along the northerly line of
Peconic Bay Boulevard to a concrete monument and the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way ten feet wide running from Peconic Bay Boulevard to
the highwater mark of Peconic Bay; the easterly line of said right of way being
described as follows: Commencing at a concrete monument set in the southerly
line of Peconic Bay Boulevard at the northwest corner of land now or formerly of
Rcbert Seeley and running thence South 18 degrees 49 minutes East 577 feet more
or less to the highwater mark of Peconic Bay.
TOGETHER with another right of way 30 feet by 30 feet to be used for the purpose
of parking and turning around motor vehicles. Said right of way is more particularly
described as follows: The northeast corner of said right of way is a point on the
westerly line of the above mentioned ten foot right of way and the said point is
327 feet south of the northwest corner of the above m rationed ten foot right of way.
The northerly and southerly lines of said right of way are parallel to the
southerly line of Peoonic Bay Boulevard and the westerly line is parallel to the
westerly line of the ten foot right of way above mentioned.
This Deed is a correction deed intended to correct Deed dated January 3, 1983
between the parties herein by including the rights of way set forth , which
Deed was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 9298 age 159
on January 12, 1983.
