ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the southerly line of Main Road at the north-
westerly corner of the parcel herein described and at the northeasterly corner
of land now or formerly of Cecil T. Young;
RUNNNG THENCE along the southerly line of Main Road, the following two (2) courses
and distances:
1. North 69 degrees 50 minutes 4akt, 347.42 feet to a monument;
2. North 55 degrees 49 minuteseconds East, 433.65 feet to a monument and
land now or formerly of Ruth D. Young, at a point distant 1024.14 feet westerly
measured along the southerly line of Main Road from the intersection of the
southerly line of said Main Road with the northerly line of the Long Island Railroad;
