WITNESSETH, that the pfrty of the lirst I~rt, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns 0 f the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or par,cel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Laurel, ln the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, being more pdrticularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Main (State) Road,
were the same is intersected by the southwest corner of premises
herein described and the southeast corner of land now or formerly
of Shipman, said point being distant 273.0 feet easterly on a course
bearinq North 63 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds East as measured
along the Northerly side of Main (State) Road from the southeast
corner of land now or formerly of Bertsch; RUNNING THENCE from said
point or place of beginning along land now or formerly of Shipman
North 26 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West 368.21 feet to land now
or formerly of Long Island Railroad; RUNNING THENCE along said land
North 45 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds East 145.0 feet to land now
or formerly of Crenshaw; RUNNING THENCE along said land South 25
degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East 405.14 feet to the northwesterly
side of Main (State) Road; RUNNING THENCE along the northwesterly
and northerly side of Main (State) Road the following two courses
and distances:
(1) South 52 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds West 42.19 feet;
(2) South 63 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds West 90.81 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the lirst part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises' TO HAVE A ND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or ;uccessors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

the first part Will receive the conslderabon {or thiS conveyance and WIll hold the nght to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied lirst for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
