beginning being where the easterly line of land now or formerly of Olive E.,
Hoenack and Blanche A. Sessions by deed recorded in Liber 1827 cp 430 in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, intersects the southerly side. of

where the easterly line of land conveyed to Jesse E. Kahn by Van Brunt Tandy
Corporation by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1675
cp 501; intersects the southerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard;
Running thence from said point of beginning along said last mentioned
land South 21° 15' 40" East, 339 feet to the high water mark of Peconic Bay;
Thence in a northeasterly direction along the high water mark of Peconic
Bay, 22 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of land conveyed to John C.
Hinsch by deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in
Liber 2640 cp 265;
Thence along the westerly side of said land now or formerly of John C.
Hinsch 20" 44' , .338 feet more or less to the southerly side of Peconic Bay
