New York to be known as: RELEASE
WHITE EAGLE DRIVE, CONDOR COURT
EAGLE NEST COURT, WOODSIDE LANE
RAILROAD DRIVE and "DRAINAGE AREAS".

WE, GOLDEN VIEW ESTATES, INC. being the owner of certain land in
Laurel, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and included within which
100D land are proposed highways known as WHITE EAGLE DRIVE, CONDOR COURT,
EAGLE NEST COURT, WOODSIDE LANE, RAILROAD DRIVE and "DRAINAGE
5e C4 AREAS", described in the above entitled matter dated September 27, 1993.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of ONE ($1 .00) Dollar to us in hand
a paid by Raymond L. Jacobs, Superintendent of Highways of Said Town of
Southold, and in further consideration of laying out of the new highways known
�lo�K as WHITE EAGLE DRIVE, CONDOR COURT, EAGLE NEST COURT, WOODSIDE
LANE, RAILROAD DRIVE and "DRAINAGE AREAS", do hereby release and
I dedicate to the Town of Southold all the land heretofore owned by us within said
proposed highway as follows:
Loi 1 . The highways known as WHITE EAGLE DRIVE, CONDOR COURT,
EAGLE NEST COURT, WOODSIDE LANE, RAILROAD DRIVE and "DRAINAGE
fru 30 AREAS", as shown and designated on a certain map entitled "Golden View
Estates, Inc.", a subdivision situated at Laurel, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, filed in the Office of the County of Suffolk on August 30, 1984 as
Map Number 7770.
And we do release the said Town of Southold from all damages by reason of
layout out of the said highways.
