Dear Mr. La Freniere:
In considering informally tonight your proposal which
you have suggested in your letter of May 14, 1965, for the
construction of a windmill 14 feet high to be erected .n
your front yard, the Board of Appeals finds that it is
unfavorably jrnpressed by this project, however, we will be
glad to schedule a hearing in the event you wish to come
to the office of the Board of Appeals and flle a formal
application for a building permit, which would be denied by
the Building Inspector, subject to appeal to this Board.
Very sincerely,
Bobert W. Gillispie, Jr.
