WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

of Sigsbee Road (w�a) and Peconic Bay Bou evard (n�s�;
RUNNING THENCE southerly along said dividing line, S. 25° 53' 20" E.- 379 feet (acb
to Peconic Bay; (374.00 map, 353.2 deed) ;
RUNNING THENCE N. 33° 04' W. through Lot No. 2, 374 feet to the southerly line
of Peconic Bay Boulevard;
RUNNING THENCE N. 53° 06' 40" E. 25 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises described in deed to the
party of the first part dated January 23, 1990 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on January 23, 1990 in Liber 11004, Page 029.
The premises conveyed herein is made a part of and added to Lot 3 (SCTM 1000-
126-5-3) owned by the party of the second part, pursuant to lot line change
approved by the Southold Town Planning Board.

any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
