The above premises contains within its boundaries an exclusive
Blk. 03. 00 easement and right-of-way granted by the party of the first part to
the parties of the second part by a deed dated December 17, 1977,
Lotpp: P/6 and recorded on January 4, 1978 in Liber 8369 Page 330; and also
recited in a mortgage bearing the same date from the parties of the
second part to the party of the first part and recorded on January 4,
,pj''t° 1978 in Liber 8082 Page 481. It is the intention that said easement
is hereby unconditionally released by the parties hereto,and that
� the parties of the second part shall have the fee title to the
premises. above described free and clear of any easements and free
and clear of the lien of the mortgage dated December 17, 1977 and
recorded on January 4, 1978 in Liber 8082 Page 481. For this
purpose both the party of the first part and the parties of the
second part join in the execution of this instrument.
Reserving to the party of the first part an easement for ingress
and egress over the northerly 10. 2.6 feet of the aforedescribed premises
