WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
4 part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,

116 piece of meadowland formerly called "Booth Meadow" on the east
3 side of Case's Creek at New Suffolk, Town of Southold, New York, bounded northerly
�3 by meadowlands of Lawrence Tuthill and others; easterly by Grathwohl Road;
southerly by meadowlands now or formerly of Kouros and again southerly and westerly
by a pond and gutter separating it from meadowlands formerly of Howard G. Tuthill
Estate and now belonging to the party of the second part and westerly by Main
Channel; containing about 4 acres more or less.
1000 ALSO those meadow islands lying in the said Creek north and east of the said
116 meadowland of Lawrence Tuthill and others and east of the main channel which islands
3 were formerly known as the John Wells flats, containing about 4 acres.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE that property including the islands conveyed to William
I Wickham by Julius A. Tuthill by an indenture dated March 15, 1873 and recorded in
Liber 198, Page 117 on July 28, 1873.

TETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will receive.the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
j The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
